Hibiscus

The dried petals from the Hibiscus bloom.. tart and quenching.. brings the hydration back to the mouth.. nice to toss into Yerba Mate Conchaeda.. or an uncomplicated Darjeeling.. or brewed over ice.. gorgeous in color.. sorbet.. ??
